simple this cashback just follow this, when u get your 6th airtime bill send with your first voucher filled out in block capitals stapled to your bill , make copies of all that you send to them, send recorded delivery which costs a £1, keep all this photo copies and recorded delivery voucher safe , check on track and search and when its registers that the parcel has been recieved by them print this off the internet also and keep. Give them about 10 days after this and phone em up and check if your cashback claim is being processed take there name and if they say yes all should be well if not tell them, i think you should recieve the cashback dirsct into your bank within 30 days ,if they say no then send them all your stuff either by fax or email and again get proof of sending, if nothing there after this time send them another recorded delivery letter stating all your details and they have 14 days for the credit to be made or you will apply to the small claims court , if nothing after 14days theres a web page you can apply to take them to small claims court and cost you £30, they then have 14 days to pay you or there in court , if it goes to court all you will need is all the stuff you have kept , nice also if you have a print of the deal from there web page so that can be evidence of the cash back deal , you will have to apply for proof of signing from the post office has well. You will find that unless you have messed up and sent in wrong stuff they would pay out before going to court and this would be with the extra £30 paid back to u for the small claim court expences.0

Hello, i signed up for mobile rainbow in November and the original deal was i had to fax my 6th and 12th mobile bill to them. I now have my 6th bill but have been reading about the cashback vouchers on this forum which i dont have and have never been notified of them.
I have rang mobile rainbow for the vouchers last week but have never received them, if i dont have a voucher does that mean i carnt claim cashback?

Hello, i have been told that as long as you send your 6th bill it is ok, cash back vouchers werent introduced till this year. Might be worth ringing them just to comfirm this.0

I ordered from 'Mobile Rainbow' a LGU880 on 11 months free '3',(12 month contract) at the end of March for delivery yesterday. The T & C's (upon which basis I ordered)required 6th, 9th & 12th bills, photocopies OK. The phone didn't arrive and on contacting them I've been advised that T & C's have changed to sending every bill in full, & originals only, with vouchers and within 15 days of the dates on those vouchers. Months 1-6 at 6 months, months 7-9 at 9 months & 10-12 at 12 months.
In response to my protesting e-mails I've been told that: "T & C's are liable to change". If that is so what's the point of them?
Have they tried this on with anybody else?0 -
My order is now cancelled, I'm very glad to say. I've had that quicksand feeling. Tread carefully mes amis.0

Sending by Registered Post does not cover you for consequential loss, Special Delivery does but that costs 3.85 a time.
Recorded delivery (I believe this used to co-exist with registered) covers you for £32 for lost/damaged items (I believe this is the case since the actual wording the last time I looked was the value of 100 1st class stamps). It does not "prove" delivery - it does make false claims of non-delivery less likely. As far as I know there is no added security & some feel that it is an expensive way of making letters more interesting to thieves.
The most sinificant point is that Special Delivery (at the basic price) does NOT include consequential loss insurance (which is available at an extra charge) - if you sent a claim Special Delivery, it will make it provable that it was delivered OR not - in which case you should get about £4 compensation - about 15p for the market value of a few sheets of paper & a refund of your postage. I don't know how useful the consequential loss insurance is - it may or may not pay the cashback - I have my doubts.Certain OTT members have caused me to add this disclaimer: all advice given is free of charge & as such should be taken to be IIRC (as I don't spend hours researching all answers  )!0 -
i emailed mobile rainbow yesterday....for customers who had purchased a mobile in the previous months b4 their new T&Cs were rolled out, we should stick to the T&Cs that came with the contract/cashback vouchers and not the new ones....so i figure that the new T&Cs apply to new customers0
