INest or BH Systems

Has anyone else had problems with Inest also know as BH systems

I purchased a dab radio & mp3 player from them before xmas

the radio was ok but the packaging was very damaged and a pain as it was an xmas prezzy

the MP3 player was faulty.

I returned the MP3 player by recorded delivery but they wont respond to any messages & have not processed my refund

anyone else had problems

  • Gibby, I have had the same problems. I suspect they are wobbling on the edge. I have got Trading Standards involved and more importantly as I bought using my credit card I have started the process of recovering my money through them. Get in touch with your credit card company and give them the facts. They will then get in touch with Inest. If Inest do not resolve your problem within 31 days then the credit card company will refund your money and go after Inest themselves to recover their own money. (this is what is happening in my case anyway). Refund day in my case is 14.02.07.
    It's a shame as the site seems good but they have completely avoided me.

    bought some items that arrived in shocking state and I could not get them to reply to me about returning to goods
    I did send them back but had to get my card co in to sort out the refund

    Im surprised they are still in business

  • I have just purchased an LCD tv from INEST ,Which doesnt function properly.They will not respond to my emails or phone calls,so i willcontact Trading standards and Watch dog,as this company seem to be operating with no interest at all in their customers

    Same here. A DVD player no longer works and they won't respond to emails. I've got trading standards on the case and will try the credit card company as suggested. Avoid this company like the plague.

  • I used this company despite the concerns on this page because they seemed to have a very good price for a dab radio cd player I have been saving for.
    In their defense, I have to say that the dab radio, although having arrived in a tatty box, was itself in very good condition and seems to work well too, which, judging by everyone elses experience, is a definite bonus!!!

    Oh dear, wish I'd have checked here before ordering - havent had my product yet and despite several emails, loads of requests for a callback and phoning their landline..no response, I'll avoid them like the plague now on!

    well I eventually got my refund
    not cos Inest refunded it but my card co messed up with handling the matter so I threatend to take em to court and they refunded asap

    Inest never responded to any emails or letters or phone calls

    maybe they should merge with Comet

    I also have been robbed of 89. 98 pounds which I paid for Tevion Multiregion DVD + Twin 7inch. Unfortunately I used drbit card.
    Despite taking the money, no delivery has been done; their phone is dead and no reply to emails.
    I have involved Trading Standard now to get money back.
    BEWARE of iNest / BH Systems
    I sould have googled inest before ordering.
