    It's a hand written chequeathon! :)

Wonder why the BACS payments failed?

Claim sent Special Delivery 30 Oct, delivered 31 Oct.

No word from Mobile Outlet until I sent an email enquiry to forumqueries@mobileoutlet.co.uk. Prompt reply (same day) stating claim logged on system 6 Nov, allow 28 days for processing.

No word again until I sent a further reminder 9 Dec. Reply 11 Dec saying cheque had been issued and should be received within 2-3 days, and an apology for the delay.

Cheque received 12 Dec. V relieved, although I was confident I had followed claim instructions to the letter.

I have to wonder whether I would have got it if I hadn't used the forumqueries route.

They change their mind about terms and conditions, We weren't sent a despatch note with our phine just the sim card , we took a sereen print of T&C when ordered, but they have changed them since, we stuck to the original t&C from when we ordered and they are now saying Cashback claim rejected as we hadn't stuck to T&C we have checked and they are wrong, waiting to hear further from them before we take the matter further.

Have you emailed them on the forumqueries email address from this thread?

There is a thread on this site that the Mobile Outlet seems to be responding to and users are having some results. I don't know how to post links, but is in this forum(The Mobile outlet?).

MO have said (and on other forums) that they will abide by the terms and conditions applicable when you bought the phone (there were some problems which they acted upon to rectify).

Like grayme-m said above - email the forum enquiries team.

An open question for the forum team:

Can we send in copy bills or do they have to be originals? I've seen that you have said this on another forum - and would just like to know if this is still the case.

Also, is there any way that you can guarantee this will be ok?

    Many thanks

I've always seen it to be originals (returned apparently if an SAE is included?).

Personally I send originals after scanning them.

Sorry to point out the obvious but I haven't seen a post from the MO Forum team for nearly 4 days. Don't know about you but I'm a bit nervous as I have approx £180 casback due payable 20th Dec onwards. Everythings crossed !!
