Hopefully that will work, but have had no email confirmation as promised and no number to call, any idea of a customer service number?0

Lee, I have stupidly fallen for this too yesterday, call from 'vodafone' offering me free Nokia 301 with 24 month contract, I pay £13.50 but they reimburse me.
I was working at the time, (childminder) and was keen to get off the phone and not really listening. He convinced me when I said I didn't need another phone, that I could use it for my business. I wasn't aware of not being entitled to 7 day cooling off if put down as sole trader!
I've not received confirmation email as promised and now have no idea what to do as want to cancel the whole process. Onecom was not mentioned until right at the end of the conversation with the second lady. I was late for a school run (no excuse I know) so just agreed.
I have emailed you Lee for some advice on how to get out of this as soon as possible.
I've searched for a way of contacting onecom direct but can't seem to find a number.
Thanks0 -
Lee I hope you are feeding back to your management the deception onecom is using, it is damaging the Vodafone brandname.0

Hi, I also accepted the offer of a free phone in April. I was told that onecom would be paying £13 a month into my bank account to cover the Vodafone direct debit. When this did not happen I contacted OneCom who told me they had the wrong bank details - don't know how but accepted this. They then offered to pay the full amount due for the 24 months term of the contract into my account. Believing this would stop me worrying about them paying the monthly amount in on time I agreed. This was 2 weeks ago. Since then I have been promised the payment would be made into my account by BACS. I was told that the care team member that I spoke to (Spencer) needed to confirm the payment with the Finance Team and he would call me back the following day to confirm. This was last Monday (2nd June). I didn't get a call back on the Tuesday so rang again on the Wednesday and was told by Spencer that he had passed everything to the Finance Team and that I should receive the payment by yesterday. The money didn't appear in my account yesterday so I called Spencer again and he has, apparently, been trying to contact their finance team ever since. Find this somewhat surprising as surely one department can speak to another one within the same company? I have emailed a complaint to onecom but had no response to that. I will also send a copy of this to the Lee at Vodafone in the hopes that he can help.
Thanks to OneCom not doing what they were originally supposed to do I have unauthorised overdraft charges and interest charges on my account for the 2 payments that were taken and these charges were due out of my account today. I only leave enough money in this account to cover direct debits and standing orders so didn't have any sort of cushion when the took the extra money out.0 -
