Oh no, disaster, I made the rookie mistake of not converting miles to km - :doh:
I have already posted the letter - am unusually efficient today - do you think this is something I could rectify later i.e. when they send me the claim form??

I take it you haven't read up on a single thing about the rules for claiming?
3 hours delay minimum for compensation is the short answer.

Had a long delay (technical fault) from rhodes to docaster in Oct. 2010.
I booked the package in a first choice shop (now closed) but the flight was a thomson flight.
Is the compensation for each seat booked on the flight or just for the whole booking??? .....if the compensation was £10 would it be £80 if there were 8 travellers on the booking?

We were delayed at ibiza airport (flying to manchester) on 18/08/2010. We should have flown at 22.15 but can't remember the time we did actually fly. Was anyone else on this flight who can remember the actual flight time?

Hi All,
Just rang Thomson to request a claim form, had written to them a couple of weeks ago (not heard back yet)
They said if you are putting enough detail in normal written correspondance they are no longer sending claim forms out and are just getting on with looking into the claims.
They did say it can take 56 days before you'll hear back from them.
Soo you may or may not need a claim form, depends on how many details you can remember, flight date, number, booking details etc.
As already mentioned the address to write to is below...

The customer service number I rang to ask for a claim form was 0844 871 0882

I had a 24 hr delay from Mexico to Manchester in April last year on a Thompson flight what evidence do I need to put in a claim? At the moment I can't even find the flight number ?0 -
