You can get the retention deal (6 months free + £30 cheque cashback) when you have completed 11 months of your current contract.

This must mean many of us who got in touch with them in February last year (to complain about the proposed price rises and get the 6 months free they offerd then for us to stay) can now get on to them for this new deal (which they give on the old packages too).

To get the extra £30 cheque (if not offered it), ask them for the "winter warmer £30".

Has anybody managed to get the £30 cashback on the old legacy packages?

I have the Standard package and just been told that the 12 months half price with £30 cashback isn't available for me. I could get 6 months free but no £30. She was trying her best to get me to "upgrade" to one of the new packages.

Isn't 6m free worth more than £30 cashback? Unless you are paying less than £5pm on the legacy tariff?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

With the deal on their website it's 12 months half price and £30 cashback. ( new packages)

With the deal I am being offered it's 6 months free with no £30 cashback. (legacy package)

I'm on the Standard legacy package which is £9.50pm with the mobile discount.

12 months half price or 6 months free is the same thing so it's just the £30 cashback that's the issue.

I am on the same package but with a £2.55 loyalty discount-so pay £6.95pm.

If you're out of contract, you should go for the new deal then.

I've just been given 6 months free and 6 months at £9.50 staying on my Standard legacy package.

That's what I was telling you earlier. Post edited to make it clearer.

I used to be on the legacy package, and use it a lot the new one is no different
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

They do give you £30 on the legacy package.

    Ask for the "winter warmer"
