Best Saving Options
Hi, I need to save £30,000 as quick as possible and I have £1500 a month to do this. Where does anyone reccommend I start? I think that I will have to split the money accross several accounts to get the best % rates (like Halifax 4% - £500 a month for a year etc etc) Any ideas anyone or advice regards

Newcastle 5 year fixed rate
I've just been reading about the Newcastle BS 5 year fixed rate bond paying 5%. It states that withdrawals are allowed with 3 months notice, so anyone wanting to use this account as, say a year fix instead, could still get 5% by giving notice after 9 months.... or am I missing something...? Thanks
