My wife got an email from B & B yesterday confirming her bond had matured. I was expecting the money to arrive in our current account (as we had set that option up) today but nothing has come in. Our recent matured bonds with West Brom appeared straight away.
Has anyone any info on when the cash is paid please? Have emailed B & B but no response yet and er indoors is at work so no point me trying to phone on her behalf.
Thanks for any help friends.

I had one mature last week. It went into my B&B esaver the same day. If your current account is with another bank then it will take longer.0

Did it mature yesterday (as in close of business yesterday)?
Is it a bond or a fixed term deposit misnamed as a bond?I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. Thanks for the replies friends, B & b actually replied back to me by email. Dunstonh, it was a fixed term deposit or ebond. B & B told me the transfer to our Nationwide current acc will be by Bacs and will take 3 to 4 working days. Suppose that is fairish but as I originally posted, the West Brom transferred into our current account the next day after maturity and even the FSCS cheque arrived the next day.
Hey ho never mind.0
