I'm looking to build my credit file, as a youngster I made some bad decisions and have ended up with a very shoddy credit file. I decided to get a credit card to try to build this up. I was offered a Capital One Platinum card at 28% APR, so…

Hi Just applied for an MBNA All Round Credit card - essentially to pay off honeymoon before wedding in Nov with 0% on purchases for 30 months. This was all good until I noticed some fine print that said the 0% on purchases only applies to purchases made in first 60 days? Is this the norm? I have one credit card I usually…

Residental status query
I’m trying to find a zero balance credit card, but when I’m completing the online forms I don’t know how to answer the ‘residential status’ question. I live with my partner (not married) who owns the house but has no mortgage and I don’t pay any rent. So I’m not a homeowner, I’m not sure I’m classed as a private tenant and…
