    The exercise challenge time for 1st - 6th December, 2016 inclusive :-

    313 minutes.

    This consisted upon gardening, indoor biking and outdoor biking. Diet was about the same as the week before.

    Sorry for the delay; the last two days have been busy (but that has also included some indoor/outdoor biking).

    The exercise challenge time for 7th - 13th December, 2016 inclusive :-

    508 minutes.

    Activity and diet as above although the outdoor biking time increased.

    Sorry, didn't weigh myself. Diet remains a struggle/plus other things so opted to leave it for now.

    I'm definitely going to need to join this thread! (Work in an office with lots of biscuits & sweets!!)

    Thinking of how I can use meal prep to not only lose weight but save money too!
