Military discounts in New York
Hi, I just wondered whether anyone has travelled to New York recently and has used their MOD90 to get discounts on entry to attractions/museums etc? I know the US used to be good for helping Coalition troops and wondered if this was still the case? Many thanks.

Audi on Demand
Having driven to Scotland from Cornwall and back at Half Term I realised what a pain it was going so far. The destination is definitely worth it. Even though it's nice to be able to take a good few changes of clothes for outdoor activities and even take my own mountain bikes, the length of time driving spoils it. So…

This is probably not breaking news to most - but some cruise lines offer free OBC (on board credits) for military veterans. This is spending money added to your cabin account which can be used to offset purchases made whilst onboard - drinks, duty free and goods from the shops and ship organised excursions ashore etc. To…

Currently looking to buy a place of my own and until then, I stay at my parents when I'm home on weekends, leave periods etc. The forces offer a 'get you home' travel allowance, but to be eligible you have to provide proof of 'financial commitment' to the qualifying residence.
