good job I did not turn up for my hip x-ray. just got a letter with an appointment.
Mind you maybe I got the letter because I have not gone in to the drop in sessions.

Definitely.
You've had one hell of a lot to deal with so give yourself some time out. Rockets tend to be more effective if you've had a bit of a rest first anyway.0 -
Yep - get in the fort, have a sleep, wallow. Today is for nothing more than resting and maybe a bite to eat later if you can manage.
Tomorrow you can be back to your motivated, determined self - but today is for sleep x.0 -
