    Sleep Calculator for Kids

Find the best bedtime for your child – and enjoy smiley, grump-free mornings

    http://www.web-blinds.com/resources/kids-sleep-calculator/

Your child needs to wake at 7:45am, so they should go to bed at:

    6:31pm or

    7:01pm or

    7:31pm or

    8:01pm or

    8:31pm

Probably need to do it myself, the grumpy mood I am in. You will find me outside the back of the fort, arms crossedand slightly tearful.

I will post again later but it is nothing to worry about, just some stuff I need to think through/get over.
:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.

What a shame about your experience of John Lewis Pyxis! My Mum buys all of her Big Ticket items from there, always has done, probably always will. Our 'local' ones (2 within about an hour's drive) are really good though. We went up to Edinburgh a couple of years ago and were really disappointed with the one there as the staff were so dismissive of us, even in the cafe the service was terrible! I sent an e-mail to the manager and they never even replied, which about sums up that store's attitude I reckon! :p

That's so annoying about the car Georgie! You should definitely complain to KF, I'd go straight to the Head Office.

Hope you're feeling better Tea and Code!

  • Sorry Pyxis, I totally missed that bit about Radio Times and JL, too busy having my little tyre rant! :o

That is terrible customer service off them both. I know you don't like phoning up to complain, but one of the best things to do is to phone up and ask to speak to someone in charge/a manager/a supervisor or something. I sometimes find it's the only way to get something sorted. They've kept you waiting since November. I would also ask for some sort of compensation for your time wasted. (Can you tell I worked in retail for a long time?! :rotfl: )

How come my phone only rings when I go to the toilet?! Got another missed call from a private number which I have a feeling might be the police. Haven't heard from them since last Friday so have no idea what's happening re. the caution.

Rubbish customer service is so frustrating. I don't understand how people get away with it as, when I worked in retail, I would've been in massive trouble if I spoke to people the way I'm often spoken to.

I've currently got the grumps with friends who don't seem to understand the concept of "I can't afford it." Yes, I could follow their advice of "why don't you just save a couple of pounds a week" but where exactly do they think I'm going to magic that up from? I know that I'm actually pretty well off in the grand scheme of things but I don't have a massive budget for socialising so would end up having to give up about 4 nights out for one day at Ascot and it's not something I want to do enough to make that sacrifice.
