Grin....He does sound like he is perfect for you. It makes a big difference I know. When you can see them for all their faults and annoyances and yet you still know that they are perfect for you and you are so lucky to have them..........eek, I better stop or King Chubba Chub might see this and realise how much I adore him and his head is big enough as it is!!

I am not a fan of animals - but it sounds as if gitdog might be one of the few exceptions that I would like through sheer awesomeness of personality. I can sort of hear his inner monologue " well, tell me why exactly you want me to run up and down, if you want it done so much - go ahead, and dear god, why are you flapping about so much? Gesh, how did I end up with this bunch?" and thus he looks at you with the !!!!!! eyes. lmao

I've been up since 4. I mentioned in the wednesday weigh in post that I was constipated, well, I hadn't pooped for a week. So I took a laxative that promised gentle overnight relief. I've just gone back to bed after being on the loo for 2 hours now and I don't think its over. I'm freezing. Rookie mistake.

And a lot of people still use that term Gert Lush even been called that myself before and that was face to face LOL!!!

I think the term lush is used a lot in South Wales too? Suppose that would fit in with the Bristol connection.

Flybaby, I love The Musings of Gitdog! I think there's a blog in that!
Elsien, you could have two parallel blogs; your own blog, beside which is The Gitdog Version of the same occurrences! That would be doubly hilarious! :rotfl:

    Morning Shipmates,

Another morning for scraping the cars well not for me not going anywhere yet if at all.

Finally got my parcel from next door she knocked on the door at 9am and my lodger answered it as I was still in my dressing gown and san makeup.

Mind you I am furious and will be complaining to the company as on the labels on the outside of the packet is my e-mail address and mobile number!!!! Maybe its me over reacting or being paranoid but she is the last person on this planet I would want to have either of those.

Oh for anyone who fancies painted nails but not the hassle for a night out. I bought some stickers in poundland that you put on your nails. And they look lovely. mine are back ground of black with silver zebra stripes. But a good idea if you are cack handed like me or can't be arsed to paint them. 2 packs for a £1.

Any how bought more xmas stuff yesterday LOL!!! All in the sales I might add as wilkinsons xmas stock went 75% off. Not bad for someone who has not really bothered with xmas for a along time.

Any how suppose I better go and get dressed and put my face on as got another delivery later today.

Hugs and squishes and hand shakes for all. I think today is a the type of day for snuggling up in the fort with a film and some goodies. See you all in there later.

    Yours

    Calley

  • Or plums, code! Asda kindly substituted my request for 8 plums with a packet of 30 over Christmas, WaSp doesn't eat plums so I had to get through them. I was very, very clean inside after 2 weeks to say the least!

    Hahahaha! Love Gitdog!

    Good luck, Melly!

Big hugs tea, it's over now.

I love Dogma! It's a film I can watch with no problems oddly enough considering the subject matter.

If any of you haven't seen The Secret Life of 4, 5 and 6 Year Olds series I highly recommend it. I have just watched the whole series and as well as being hilarious and touching it is very interesting from a psychological standpoint as far as development goes.
