I finally decided on chicken tikka in the sandwiches, as that had the soonest use by date on it. Occurs to me this would be nice in a wrap with some salad, I might add wraps to the big shop and have those sometimes for a change.0

I'm using up bits and pieces from the fridge and freezer so it's a mixed bag today! Red pepper and feta quiche, onion frittata and a salad of sweetcorn, cucumber, grilled peppers and the last gherkin, plus some leftover grated Parmesan and some basil from the windowsill. I reckon there's probably 5 portions of veg there altogether.
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.
