Today's lunch for me was the rest of last night's brie, courgette and rice bake, recipe from A Girl Called Jack, and a pear from the fruit box at work.March Grocery Challenge: £59.46/£800 -

Hotch Potch lunch.
Ate up all the things in the fridge that would not have survived another day (according to the use by dates!!!)
Result:
3 slices of ham
2 boiled eggs (Boiled last monday)
some pickled onions
a very old tangerine I found lurking behind the gin (oops!)
a Turkish Delight Muller yogurt.
Totally freaky lunch, but the fridge is clearer, I feel good for not spending & I'm not hungry any more.......just slightly queazy!! LOL!

I'm making a beef casserole for dinner tonight, so I'll probably have some of the leftovers of that with some rice or something for lunch tomorrow.
