We just had a couple of boiled eggs & soldiers! Just what we fancied. We have our main meal in the evening.

Would have been beans on toast today, but OH brought 2 RTC fresh bread rolls back last night. I'd have put them with soup but I have none in and no inclination to make any today, so it was beans and sausage with dipping roll!

Tomorrow will be sandwiches but I can't decide what to put in them.
  • Fried bacon and tomatoes on hm bread, followed by fresh fruit and hm yoghurt.

Just made my lunch for work today not very exciting but I have a seminar to attend over lunch

warburtons sandwich thin (got a couple of packs YS down to 29p) filled with half a slice of cheese, 2 cherry tomatoes, some cucumber, a slice of smoked wafer thin ham and a little smear of extra light mayo. penguin biscuit (bought on offer) 3 tangerines (a net is just 50p in mr ms at the moment and contains between 4 and 8 fruits) and a flump.

haha doesn't sound that healthy but I tend to snack on my lunch throughout the afternoon!
Making some chicken and sweetcorn soup tonight which should do a few days

We're having sausage sandwiches with sausages that defrosted when the freezer died. OH has come home from work so he can have sausage sandwiches and the tuna wrap I made him for lunch at work :D

  • Today it's Coronation chicken on top of grated carrot, little gem lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn and grilled peppers, delicately garnished with coriander:
