left over chickpea, spinach, leek and chicken curry (it was made for pasty fillings - this was the left overs), stirred through a pack of tomato and herb rice (AF bargain 6 packs for £1 quick cook rice), served with a pappadom each (served 3 adults). Filling, warming and more vegetables than can be good for you
