Lazy day for me today - just had a ham and HM piccalilli sandwich. It was either that or an omlette but as I had eggs yesterday thought I'd have something different today.

We were at Gourmet Burger Kitchen (with a voucher) for lunch today so really cheated! Burger with HM coleslaw and a dressed salad plus some basil mayo on the side.

This is exactly what I have most days. Not today though, as I didn't buy pitta bread.
