Had tuna & cucumber sandwiches, one of my favourite sandwich middles. I've always mixed my tuna up with salad cream, does anyone who isn't related to me do this too? It's so much nicer than with mayo or vinegar!0

I made a vegetable soup from 1 large potato, 3 carrots and 2 onions (all chopped small), about a pint of water and 2 stock cubes and some mixed herbs. Simmered until the veg was soft (20 mins), blitzed with the hand blender and then a slosh of milk added to thin it down.....mmmmmm lovely :-)I like to live in cloud cuckoo land :hello:0

I have had smoked salmon pate on oatcakes with a large salad.
It was lovely.
I also like tuna mixed with salad cream and like to add a little bit of finely chopped red onion to mine.1 Sealed Pot Challenge # 1480
