IF I have lunch i try to make it fish based, sardines, tuna, kippers, salmon, mackeral, tinned or fresh, on toast, in pasta, as a dip , in a sandwich

That way I get my oily fish quota each week

I am having a really random lunch today of cooked leeks in a WeightWatchers wrap. Don't usually have much at lunchtime but I am starving and I was very naughty and had 4 biscuits at work this morning :( so I needed a low calorie lunch!
