One of my staple's,half a buttered soda bread toasted,fried egg & half a tin of Tesco value beans & sausages..total cost,no more than 50p! I often have this for breakfast as it's just the right size for a snack & not too heavy.0

HM parsnip and stilton soup. Using up stilton from Xmas, a 500g bag of parsnips from Aldi for about 50/60p, a couple of tatties to thicken it and some HM chicken stock. It will be enough for at least 2 days, maybe three. Oh, and a chunk of HM granary bread.0

Was uninspierd and when i'm feeling a bit down i tend to go to the cant eat end of the spectrum, but reading this thread has just forced me to look in the fridge, i've ended up with turkey and stuffing, swiss cheese melted on toast with sliced tomatoes and a poached eggI will save my tesco £1 savings stamps this year! .......so far = £50 (full card#1)
Card #2 £6. I will not be skint at Chistmas this year!

I had what i call my grown up lunchables, carrs melts topped with ham and wenslydale cheese with cranberries in. Yum! Also chicken noodle soup because im sooo cold!0

HM Potato and leek soup out of the freezer, bread and butter washed down with Irn Bru for me today! (soon to be followed by cookies and coffee...) Quite good for me, I often skip lunch and need to make an effort to have it more!
