  • (((((hugs))))) especially to Mrs Mix and anyone else who needs one.

Scuzz - I agree with what others have said, hope it all works out how you want it to.

I have found it really hard to get up this morning, couldn't get on here yesterday - ended up in hospital with OH - he has what looks like an absess under his armpit (TMI - sorry!!) but it was so bad it needed sorting, he's just finished his tablets for his back, now he's on strong antibiotics - and doing my head in about this now!!

Anyway, he'll survive, hope all of you and your P's, kids, pets and so on are doing fine and I'll catch up with you all later,

    take care,

    bb x

    Good Morning All

Good luck Snowy & Mrs-mix my DD had that scan a year ago.

Looks like the making of a lovely day weather wise, however wont be too lovely inside this house. Kitchen is being delived today - no idea where we will fit it for now, and the builder is moving a gas pipe, scraping the artex off 3 ceilings and replastering - will be really messy.

Not great night sleep here either which is unusual. Had to get up at 4am for some tablets as throat and chest were very sore. DS & DD both had trouble getting up this morning.

Oh well must get on. No idea whats for dinner will probably have to be a takeaway.

    Have a great day.

PS Scuzz - I personally would just ask him- sometimes Im not backward in coming forward but if you dont want to do that then giving some space is definately a goof idea.

    Good morning!
woke up feeling like I've been kicked repeatedly so called work and stayed at home...a bit naughty but do feel very unwell and better to have one day off when feeling rough than force yourself in, make it worse and need a week off!
Still need to drug myself up enough to drag myself to the shops or we'll have nothing for tea!

Dry and bright here, but still a bit cool, still they are forecasting 15 degrees later. Put my mini greenhouse up yesterday, and planted some leeks, parsnips, cauli and peas, so we are bound to have snow soon :D

Mrs_Mix, good luck with the scan, surprised to hear Johnny Depp will be with you, as I had him booked for today :rotfl:

Moggins, you go girl, have fun and let us have most if not all the details ;)

Have a good day everyone x

Off work this week so I'm planning to bottom out the house. First on the list is to get the ironing basket empty as its about to take over our bedroom. Will do that while DD is at nursery this morning.

This afternoon were off to Blackpool to see my sis and catch up on her news and most importantly in her opinion have a look at her 42" LCD TV.

Better go got to be out of the house in 15 mins and I'm not even dressed yet

    Good morning all:hello:

Lovely sunny day here now, but I didn't like going back to a darker morning (like you catowen, find it harder getting up, but I do sleep better than you). Still should only be for about another week or so then the mornings will be light again. I love the lighter evenings, although I well remember the difficulty persuading children that yes it was bedtime even though it was still light:rotfl: :rotfl:

Snowy, if you've not already gone, another ((((((hug)))))) to take to w*r*! Good luck with it, and just remember you know you're right, and whatever they may say, so do they!!!!

Can't decide between going shopping (I've got some treat money, burning a hole in my purse:D ) or doing the garden:confused: You will notice that tidying the house is not entering the equation:rotfl: I'll have another coffee and then make my decision. I've done my gym hour so I'm not being entirely idle.

scuzz for what it's worth, I think I'd be tempted to have some straight talk with him. Whilst it's nice to be respected, and him not attempt to bed you the first night, you would expect some show of affection ( or even lust!) to have reared it's head by now! Depends if you're concerned about " losing" him ( although to be honest, is there much to lose?) Otherwise I agree with others put some space between you and see what happens. You obviously are not happy with the way things are at the moment. (((hugs)))

Well I suppose I'd best get off, have a quick look round and then decide what I'm doing.

    Take care,
    CMxx

    Oooohhhh moggins go girl!

scuzz thinking of you, hope it works out!

Well -I woke up this morning with my back stiff, I just hope it doesn't go into a spasm, I suffer bad with my back, and for the last 6months (ish) its been ok!

Got some ebay parcels to wrap up this morning, ready to post after work.

I found out yesterday, (via an email forward on from my aunty - from my mum) that she is expecting a party of some sort for her 60th. And hopes that me & my aunty will sort it! Well - its 2 weeks away, I dont have the time nor the money to organise such an event, So I think we'll be just booking a few tables at a pub for a meal! Cheeky moo!!!! Ive got enough on my plate with helping mother organise her wedding, doing the invites, and decorating the cake, etc, etc.

Right best be off & do the school run
    Have a great day
    Take care

    Morning everyone

I am feeling utterly unmotivated this morning and really dopey. OH came back last night at about 9.30 and we ended up being up until 12.30 which is late for me, I turn into a pumpkin at 10.00. Just catching up, nothing exciting keeping us up late :D

Kyle - Like Snowyowl, I don't know how you cope with so little sleep. How old is LO?

Amie - Ebay is really easy and brilliant for making extra cash and decluttering. I am starting an ebay marathon next week. The people on the Auctions board here are fab too.

Snowy - I hope today is okay. I think everything happens for a reason, perhaps this will be the start of good and exciting new changes?

Mrs_Mix - I hope it goes well today at the hospital x

Scuzz - I agree with CM, I would talk to him. But just remember that you shouldn't have to worry or stress about it this early on, if you get vibes that you're not happy with from him, move on to the next victim :D (well, that was always my motto anyway :o )

Hugs to anyone else that needs them x x x
