Morning to All!!!!
I a feeling so unmotivated today its unreal. Its my day off from the 'w' word and my plan was to do some tidying/houseworky stuff which I normally split up between my wed and sat (my other day off) but I'm having a long weekend off to play Super Smash Bros Brawl which comes out friday (yes Me and he are that sad:D ) so I wanna get it all done today, so obviously all I feel lke doing is splodging on the sofa. Better bet my butt in gear though, sis is due over this afternoon so I can take her to the tax office (shes 20, but no, can't go on her own) and she'll distract any plans of goodness I have for while shes here, safest just to get as much done before I guess.
Ah well, at least the sky is blue though it seems a little windy, might take a walk out later on have a mini mooch as a treat if I get my chores done.
Hugs and loves to all who need/wants them and general happiness to all!!!!
P.S Could someone please answer a question for me, if I made a batch of chilli this afternoon to have for lunch/tea on friday, could I leave it in the fridge and would freezing it be better, all thoughts welcome...Thanks in advanceWhen life gives you lemons......Grab a bottle of tequila and call me over!

Morning everyone
Can't believe its the middle of the week already. I have done nothing this week, my get up and go has well and truly gone:eek: So happy birthday to all I have missed, ((hugs)) for those in need of one.
We are going to visit the new addition to the family at the weekend, so far have no where to stay, every travelodge and premier inn in sussex seems to be full, but I keep trying as they usually get cancellations.Did find a small hotel, but unfortunately they class children over 12 as adults, DSD is 13 :mad: (and looks about 18:rotfl:) My DD said if it was just me and OH we could have stayed there but it is DSD w/e and there is no way she would let us go without her. Although not sure she will be that happy when she realises this is the sum total of us taking her away this year :rotfl:we usually take her away during the summer hols, but like you tiredmum, I'm not working at the moment so we won't be going anywhere. Still, since I have been here we have gone somewhere every year, last year was a long w/e to London and we let her chose which musical to see, she chose Sound of Music, we actually spent more on the long w/e that we would have done for a fortnight abroad:eek:
Any news yet Chrisca?

hello everyone :wave:
had a lovely weekend at my parents house ferrying little sister around. It was just a shame that my parents weren't there
They are popping to see us on sunday though which is lovely
Spent the last 2 days in bed, but feeling brighter today. I'm hoping to be testing out the kenwood chef before the end of the week (DH need a birthday cake on saturday
)
Tomorrow morning DH and I are off to have our first scan. In our region we only get one scan and mine is not until i'm 15-16wks, so we are spashing out on a private one to reassure ourselves and to try and cheer me up. I've been so ill I have kind of forgotten the bigger picture
Hopefully that'll help!
Hope that everyone else has a great day :hello:
I can't promise that all my replies will illicit this responser.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!
