I should get to the pick your own farm this week to get strawberries for jam.
Mmmmm, I haven't been to do PYO for AGES. I'll have to persuade DH that we need to go very very soon.

Well. I am so sorry I haven't been around for about a week. I have been so ill re my medication and my thyroxine is so low I have had to double the medication. I am basically coming home and sleeping until last night and at least I did two hours in the garden. Finally tackled the back rockery which has been a problem over the last two years. Rain made it manageable and I was able to dig out some huge weeds without aggravating my arthritis. I looked out this morning and it looked so tidy. Great help for my self esteem.
Love nd hugs to everyone as I am not sure what is going on.

Evening chums,
just off to my pit as I have an early r/therapy tomorrow and have to leave home about 0.7.30.am to get there, because of the traffic on M2 & M20.
Roll on Friday, as my neck looks like its been sandblasted .Chemo is a doddle compared to the effects of R/T. Still hopefully it will be worth it .
<<hugs to those who need them>>
and Night,Night, to the rest of you.

Hi Aussie
Sorry I can't be flippant tonight as I would be normally.
I wish she could come down to tie one one. Time now very short! Good days and bad. No bottle opening. Not sure how I will cope we have been best friends for 30 years - we have to! So part of my children's lifes.

Night night Jackie O and hope all goes well tomorrow.
I'm really sorry Granny, I had no idea. It will be a very sad time for you then. Just be there and be a great friend, her memory will give you lots of comfort when she's not there in person. <hugs>Don't worry about the world coming to an end today. It's already tomorrow in Australia.

She's at it again granny:rotfl: (Aussie, that is) Sorry you've had trouble with medication. I remember Mum used to get periods of the thyroxine dose going haywire, which was strange as her thyroid had been destroyed, so you'd think the dose would need to be constant
Hope it settles soon. Until then, don't try to push yourself.
Thanks for the good wishes. I do feel a bit better tonight, thanks. I'm not sure though whether the throat is truly getting better, or has just been anaesthetised by the vino:rotfl: I know my nose is running for England, so that should be fun tomorrow. Being with food means every time I need to wipe my nose, I have to thoroughly scrub my hands. They'll be red raw by the end of Lunchclub:rolleyes:
Ooh stefe, I'd love to be a fly on the wall near your DD11 sometimes:D She's great fun ( from a distance:rotfl: )
Hester, that sounds rotten with the breathing. Now we'd all ( well lots of us) like to lose a little weight, but you won't get better not eating
Whatever, make sure you keep your fluids up ( yes wine does count, doesn't it?:o )
Off for a look round, sleep well.
CM x
Oh just read your reply to Aussie
So sorry, didn't mean to hurt. Enjoy the time you'll have together. Remember, nothing can destroy our memories. (((hugs))) You never get a second chance to make a first impression.0
