I managed to do a full day at work though it was a struggle, I feel better, but have no appetite. Still it won’t hurt to lose a few lbs or even a few stone, lol.
The main problem now is that I’m having problems breathing, probably from all the muscles I pulled whilst being sick!

Evening ladies and gents
Been a lovely, lovely day weatherwise down in Sussex and I had a fruitful day at work, learning how to cook veggie mousaka and sitting in the garden - how cool is my job?!
Got in from work and cleaned out the kitchen cupbaord under the sink as I'm going past a Wilkos tomorrow and wanted to stock up on some bits n bobs. I don't need anything except bleach, which was a nice surpise! Also did some washing up that foster daughter said she would do... teenagers! WM on and may have to use TD to fluff up my towels and dressing gown.
Need to sit down and compose DLA appeal letter, which is boring and trite but necessary. Dinner is nearly done, so off I trot for my cheesy spuds and coleslaw!
:heartpuls CG :heartpulsEver wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.0 -

Another lovely day here. Picked two huge bowls of raspberries in the garden this evening. Lots more growing up there, so hopefully we'll get a good crop from them this year. The plum tree looks to be having a rest year along with the peaches. But the bramleys are looking good.
Had a local dairy farmer come into see me at work today and bought me a pint of his raw organic milk which I love. He just gave it to me and didn't want paying. I've ordered some of burgers off him and a couple of goose eggs.
I should get to the pick your own farm this week to get strawberries for jam. Had a few surveys to do today and done my daily clicks.
Hope everyone's okComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -

hugs all round - churchmouse, tiredmum, Pen-pin, Bethebee, anniestar, poppyoscar, smokey and anyone else that my poor addled brain has forgotten
My excuse is that I am still reeling from a stand up row with dd (11) in ASDA this afternoon - btw 10 muller corners for £2 saving £3.33 - can't even remember what the row was about but she called me a stupid see - oh - double u - well I can spell lady and that wasn't very nice. We are currently Not Talking which means that I haven't heard her opinion of my chick pea burgers a la gillian mckeith - although judging by the grimaces and shudders it's probably just as well.
Happy birthday meanmarie and miss pink
good luck chrisca
oooh here comes dd with a peace offering - a muller corner no less - aaaah - off for a huggleI'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080
