Hi Emdee
Does your Boots on line account say that your order has been cancelled?
Mine still says that my shipment is being processed.
I'm losing hope now!! >:(0 -
Still says order is being processed. I was told they are "pretty slow" at updating it.How do I add a signature?0

I'm not, it's greedy people buying them to make a fast buck on ebay preventing the genuine buyers getting them! >:(How do I add a signature?0 -
My PS2 was due for delivery yesterday. Have just come off the phone after being told that an email was sent on 16th November telling me that my order has been cancelled (an email that I never received!)
Not happy, and now I've got to explain to an 11 year old why he's not getting the PS2 we promised him, and worse that that I've got to explain to she who must be obeyed that the games she bought on Saturday to go with the new PS2 will have to go back :'(
.....and I forgot to ask about the 2000 extra Advantage points
Exactly my problem, got all the games & accessories for it and promised it for a birthday which has been and gone. I was told that I would be getting one - thats what made me angry along with the fact they didn't tell me - I had to contact them. They don't answer e-mails and I have been on the phone for hours so a letter it was. Think they are very busy at the moment but no excuse. My order still says processing and was meant to be delivered on the 16th:j :j0 -
Apparently Boots do not use the principal of First Come, First Served.
Stock does not get allocated to your order until it is being picked. If you chose Standard Delivery your order has lower priority than orders with one of the paid for delivery services (i.e. delivery on a certain date), irrespective of when the order was placed. How do I add a signature?0 -

I'm not sure what way Boots work emdee, but it seems like a lottery to me.
I ordered early evening on 11th November, selected standard delivery. After reading other comments on here I didn't really expect to recieve it, but it arrived on the afternoon of 19th November.
Others who ordered before me seem to have not recieved theirs. It seems I was one of the lucky ones.

I paid for the earliest delivery date though ???
(I will stop going on about it now ::)):j :j0 -
I think you have every right to go on about it mrme.
It seems you and many others have been badly treated by Boots.
Just a thought, could it be that you are a new customer with them? I buy quite regularly from Boots, so they have my credit card details etc......as I said, just a thought.
If it's not this, then as I said before it seems to be a lottery so you should chase them up to find out why you didn't get yours.
