Boots don't reply to emails - still waiting for a reply to one I sent on 16 Nov. Try ringing them.

mine arrived from Boots last week. My son genuinely couldn't decide between an i-pod mini and a ps2 so I am now going to make a tidy profit on ebay and buy him the i-pod and get him the ps2 after xmas.

i don't feel guilty, why should I? I waited for the vest deal, shopped well in time for xmas and if someone is going to be so loony as to pay me £500 the week b4 xmas why not let them ::)

Did she say she has put the 2000 points on your card?
If she has, when you put your card into the Advantage Card machine you should get a slip telling you that 2000 points have been added and it will show your new total points. I know when you order online it takes 5 days from receipt of your order for the points to show up on the machine.

Update on my 2000 points, went to a machine ot the weekend and out poped a slip telling me I have 2000 points (thanks for the info Sparky) ;D.

No PS2 but at least 2000 point s to help and I have emailed the MD my complaint too.

I tried to ring them yesterday and was on hold for about 20 mins so gave up

My PS2 was due for delivery yesterday. Have just come off the phone after being told that an email was sent on 16th November telling  me that my order has been cancelled (an email that I never received!)

Not happy, and now I've got to explain to an 11 year old why he's not getting the PS2 we promised him, and  worse that that I've got to explain to she who must be obeyed that the games she bought on Saturday to go with the new PS2 will have to go back  :'(

.....and I forgot to ask about the 2000 extra Advantage points
