looking back the threads might be they first ones who ordered and got the extra 10% off might have been the ones cancelled

I think this is right, has anyone who got the extra 10% got one yet?

Every reply I have seen said they did not have the 10%

When I ordered I did not expect the 10% extra (a nice suprise) I was going for the points, if they had only called me I would have let them take the extra 10% back, they really don't deal with their customers well. Now after all this time and no calls they are out of stock everyware

Exactly - we had no control over the extra 10% it was automatically given at check-out so Boots error!

I am so angry beacause i had to contact them to find out i wasn't getting mine, they made no effort to contact me. I cancelled an order with someone else after i was told i would be getting one . I will stop moaning ::)

I didn't order the ps2 but I did place an order for £108 at the same time the 10% mistake was made.

I got the 10% off and the extra points and my item (according to cs today) has been despatched. :-/

I ordered the PS2 on 11th Nov to take advantage of my 2000 extra points voucher (from the magazine.)

10% was automatically taken from the cost of this as soon as I put it in the basket

I also got my 2000 extra points and triple points, around 3350 points in total. (spent a bit extra to bring total just over £100)

I left it on free delivery which it said would be by the 22nd November.

And it all arrived yesterday (18th November) despite my online account still showing it as being processed and not despatched today!

Doesn't seem to be any logic as to who is and isn't getting them (and I agree the packaging was awful.)

hi too everyone new to this site, been watching forum for couple of weeks now when boots offer came on I ordered 3 mini ipods worked out @£122.00 each with discount and points also ps2 £62.00 cant believe how much I saved. 2 ipods and ps2 delivered today thanks guys and dolls ;D

Mine just arrived today.

Ordered 11 November, standard delivery.

I got £10.50 discount, given automatically from Boots mistake, a further £10.50 discount (10% code). This made total £83.99 + I got 1259 in points.

The only problem is that I had ordered one before this promotion and it turned up yesterday.......so now I have two :-/. I hope Boots have a decent returns policy.

Both orders show on Boots site as 'shipment being processed'......so clearly they don't update their orders very quickly.
