Slim PS2 + £32.60 in Boots points for £104.99

fAnyone help me out here pretty please:-
I ordered a PS2 through Boots on 11/11 asked for delivery 13/11 never recd it.  They are telling me these have been out of stock and for the past 3 days I have been arguing the fact that "a friend" who ordered after me on normal delivery has recd theirs (as many MSEs have).  I now have to put details in writing for some sort of compensation.  Anyone willing to email a copy of their order & delivery note showing that they have taken delivery this week.  Please PM if you can help............... Thanks

Yes, because it isn't fair what your doing. I'm sure if Sony or the retailer found out you were selling the goods on for a marked up price they wouldnt be very impressed with you.

Its the moral that you have bought it to sell it, when there are people out who realy wanted one and greedy people like you are buying them and selling them to make a profit. In my eyes that isn't on fullstop no matter what your situation is.

I couldnt care less what sony thought as they are a massive company making millions of profit every year,im sure they wouldnt bat an eye lid at 1 person selling one playstation for a bit of profit......
You must be THE perfect person ever if me selling 1 playstation and making good profit which will go towards buying my kids prezzies this xmas gets youre back up so much.

Ordered 11th am, Order # ends in 67621/1

Still showing on Boots site as being processed, delivery before 22nd, and not charged to credit card so far.!

So dont worry, if you havent received a Dear John email, you should get the goods.

Woolies and others are still taking orders, on basis that Sony, due to supply probs, are now only supplying to pre-order customers. This is to prevent a backlash/bad publicity on unfilled orders.

Just to let you know, I just called Boots to ask if it will be deliverd tomorrow as it still says B4 22nd (Monday) on the website, I was told it had been cancelled as they were out of stock.

I was one of the first to order too! The people who paid extra for quick delivery jumped the que and got theirs, I'm not moaning about them, I don't blame them if they can afford it, its Boots ordering system I have a problem with.

They said they would put me on email notification when it came in! The only good thing (if its true!) I asked what would happen with the bonus points as I could only use the code once and would not be able to re use it when I re order, she said she would add 2000 point to my account and I should go to a machine to collect them (whatever that means).

I ordered mine on the 11th and it was due to be delivered by the 23rd. I didn't opt for the fast delivery, bet recieved it yesterday. What a craking suprise for when I got home!!

What I personally don't agree with, is if people on here take advantage of bargains to resell to others on here. That's a bit like biting the hand that feeds you. I think that's morally reprehensible as without this site and it's members, they wouldn't have been able to get a good deal in the first place. I also don't agree with reselling items that other members have actually physically helped you to get OR multiple purchases of the same item, any more than 1 or possibly 2 is just plain greedy and selfish, in my opinion.

Just to let everyone know, I bought 1! Also, as well as taking advantage of the codes and tips etc everyone else has shared and has helped me massively, I have posted my own tips and codes etc....NEVER would I ever question what they then did with the items they have bought with their OWN money,I wouldnt dream of it. Now, I'm off to find a tescos code for my shopping if thats ok.... ;D ;D
