I'm still waiting for my XBOX (ordered with triple points and 2000 free points). I've had one positive sign that  I might receive it - GreasyPalm have added the Boots cashback to my account.

Fingers crossed... It will have cost me a measly £70 if it ever does get delivered...

I ordered at 16:30 on the 11th  and didn’t choose any special delivery. Got automatic 10% discount + triple points + 2000 extra points for using discount code. Delivered yesterday by Royal Mail in awful packaging. Just glad it arrived.

Their web site still shows my order as being processed so doesn’t sound very realtime.

How does everyone who is still waiting and complaining know that it still isn’t going to be delivered. Some people seem to be convinced that no one is getting theirs, then they are saying that they have been told they are getting one after all, then back to the orders being cancelled. Are other posters just guessing or are Boots that inefficient?

Mine should have been delivered on the 16th. When it didn't arrive i called their helpline and was told they were out of stock my & my order had been cancelled ::)

Did I say there was anything wrong with making money? I think not! But there is a difference between saving money and making it!

Anyway, back to the Boots saga. Q1 in their FAQ's is "Where is My Order?"

Answer:

Due to exceptionally high order volumes we are experiencing a slight delay in delivering some orders.
Orders on our standard delivery service maybe 1 - 2 days late.
We are very sorry for this delay and are working to resolve this as soon as we can. In the meantime we thank you for your patience with this issue

You can check when you delivery is due on the 'My Account' page and click 'My orders'.

For deliveries by Business Express and Parcel Force you can track these parcels with the Carriers by clicking on the link in 'My Orders'.

If the delivery date has passed, and you have not heard from us, please contact our the customer care team.
Their contact details are in the 'Contact us' section.

I'm still hopeful I'll get mine(always the optimist!)
My one concern is that payment was witheld on my cc but has now been put back on.
I've been given my money from Greasypalm.
Is that a good sign or can they just take it back if they dont deliver?
Was going to ring CS but it is closed till Monday and I dont want to jinx myself.

For the last day I've been panicking that we wouldn't get it, and been sent to scout out all the local stores for one (no-one has any of course).
So if you haven't had your order cancelled I wouldn't despair just yet.

;D ;D Got mine today. Ordered lunchtime on the 11th opted for standard delivery and it was showing to be delivered by the 23rd .Arrived this morning very well packaged inside 2 boxes . Website changed this morning to having been dispatched.
Yipeeeeeeeee.
Never mind the kids being disappointed husband would have been very disappointed. Just got to find somewhere to hide ut now

I think u should all stop panicing. It's something that happens every year. remember the buzz lightyear shortage. & there were loads of them. we should all just chill & bide out time.

although I will be in uxbridge on the 1st of dec waiting for stock delivery. just in case.
