    Whatever

Your a nasty piece of work slagging off people for buying a home. I think it's because you CAN'T afford to and are therefore praying that they come into your price range because you hate renting and I don't blame you because renting is !!!!!! - you know it and I know it.

Nope, I just won't pay over the odds for a little doss house.. thats the difference. Like I have said many times before, I am not a follower, I have my own brain and realise when something is too good to be true.. what goes up does come down.

I can afford to, you know it and I know, but I won't be suckered in like so many have done. :D

C'est La Vie and all that.

Some stories are growing arms and legs before our very eyes.
Or maybe I'm hallucinating? Too many 'shrooms for tea :rotfl:

PS: why is renting !!!!? I pay £375 a month less for my rent than on a mortgage, the house has a lovely sunny garden in the suburbs, anything that goes wrong gets sorted with no cost to me... yeah, renting really is !!!!.

But in post 276 you said that you WON'T buy until house prices return to normal. Tell me izzy, is this scheduled to happen in 2011?

Why mention the hostel at all?

    erm.. here

    and here...

    oh, and here:

You mentioned that you had a choice of aborting your baby or buying a house, several times. Are you now saying this is all a lie?

I think you need to start reading your own lines in order to keep up with your own story. It certainly seems to be unravelling!

Yeah yeah grandad, I know exactly what I mean.. you're the one failing to understand and I really couldn't give a to$$ about your thoughts, they are totally irrelevant to me, or my life. You keep telling yourself you will pay your mortgage off in 3 years.. thats if you are still working or have good health. Lives unravel my friend.. maybe yours will too huh? Like I said previously.. nobody knows whats around the corner. Perhaps we will all be laughing at your misery some time soon I hope.

That is the year that will be a good year for me, my husband and our daughter providing things stay on an even keel and don't change, such as redudancy, illness etc etc.

I would wage a bet that house prices WILL BE significantly lower by then.. you've had your hey day of dizzy house prices.. just get used to it, you will save yourself alot of arguing in the future.
