Good luck selling your flat.. just looked at the link. Do you have to sell, is it imperative? Looks nice to me, whats comparable in the area at that price?

i suppose its not imperitive but i want to move out of london, i want to move to the coast and have spent about 5 years planning and dreaming about it!! so feel very frustrated if it doesnt happen. i think the price of 225 is around the lower mark for the sort of flat i have so im hoping it will get some interest

I think the worst type has to be when it is painted blue, as in 'Ground Force' style. I really don't like blue decking.

The title of this thread is "Why are some people on here being so nasty?".

I thought this thread was going to be all sweetness and light with lots of agreement. How wrong I was! Judging by the last couple of pages it's just like a typical MSE thread. Good on you guys - slog it out blow by blow. There's no Euro 2008 tonight and so sod all to watch on the TV and so that was great entertainment. Can we have another argument now - I'm bored.

I don't fink soooo - DD is a wind-up-merchant. He is always getting into rows. He had loads of "enemies" on the MFW board and currently is having a bargy with EdInvestor. He has obviously got bored with that argument and moved over here. He is never usually happy until he's got someone really upset and is at his worst when he's living away from home - which is now. Treat him as a joke and don't let him draw you in....oh by the way he likes to divide and rule as well...and he really is rather amusing which is how he gets away with it.:o

I hate decking too...it encourages rats...much prefer patio..:D

yes, thats exactly what i meant, it is tongue in cheek and meant to be provocative, you can tell he enjoys it

Agreed.

There's nothing better than sitting on a good solid patio, eating cheesecake. Obviously made from a recipe from the OS board, who rock at that.
