well done at getting a 'C' it's a while since I've been there.

Just checked on imeasure I am slightly over average for a month but coming up 'D'. It'll take quite an effort to get to C. I can only try.
  • Looks like now more readings have been put in, I have managed to creep up to a C rating. but with MoneySaving Carbon Club 37/56, which is more what I expected, rather than the 1/56 it had me at.

Wow! Tumbledrier on 3 times a day! Have you got space for one of those upright airers or somewhere you could hang one of the trendy new old-fashioned ceiling hanging airers?

Now, about fairy lights on Christmas trees - mine has a LOT of tiny little bulbs everywhere, completely OTT because the set was meant for going around 2 windows and a door... are these little guys like 1w each or something?

The problem with drying clothes in the house that it just leads to more condensation - of which i have tons of the stuff at the moment hence demudifier on 24/7! Loft people called today and said it will be the new year before they can sort some adequate ventilation in the roof space!

Our lights are LED so hardly use any (even though there are about 6 sets around the house!!

  • Yeah - it does annoy me a bit

In the last 2 days ive been first, second, 26, 23!!!!

Me thinks they need a new system!

Edit - having said that just read the email from imeasure and i am less than the average user last week for gas (a little unsure how though!)

I stopped using my freezer and extra fridge in the summer. I decided that if I got through Xmas without using them I would give them away in the New Year. Still off at the moment.

Waiting for the BG meter man to come soon and then I shall see how we got on this quarter:o

Electrician here now fitting new timer to hot water switch - I'll be able to heat it on cheap rate now! Yeah! Also will have my cooker, so can get back to batch cooking for freezing rather than cooking single meals every day on the hot plate. :D Still don't know what kind of bulbs are in my Christmas lights but they don't 'seem' to be using all that much. Whatever it is, it's a cheap price to pay just to feel festive. :xmassmile :rudolf: :santa2:
