I'm still on a B carbon rating, and 7/52 in the mse carbon club.

Still on C rating. Have new central heating system up and running now, which has already brought my gas down. My DD to Gas is being raised to £100 a month, hopefully within 6 months this should have my Arrears from winter bill cleared off and up to date with present usage.19th March 2007 LBM£5,969.63 1st January 2018 £5960.18, 1st January 2019 £11,032.0018th August 2023 £12,435.00, Student Loan £22244.00 From 2009-12Challenges: To learn to stop spending..0 -
OK well this has not been a good week at all. 916kwh gas used and 78kwh electric. The gas read is even higher than over christmas when we were off. I think the reason is that DH had been away for work for a couple of weeks and was enjoying some downtime around the house, which meant heating was on in the day time as well as in the evening. It was also a pretty cold week. Also meant tv etc was on during the day (again very unusual) which sent the electric soaring. It's amazing that the biggest difference in our electric use is our TV  next time I would def go for an energy saving version.
Oh and I'm still an E and 47/52 in the club!0 -

There's nice clear, crisp weather up here at the moment so the wash is on. I'll hopefully get two washes dried today.:j0

Just added this weeks imeasure to my spreadsheet total cost for electricity for 26 weeks is £198-27.
Should stay below the £400 mark come the end of July.:j
Question: Any way to add a new week to your spreadsheet
graph without having to redo a whole new one?0 -
I seem to have gone to 20/48 in the carbon club but when I change to compare with 'all electric' households it tells me there weren't any others. Surely this can't be right? I can't possibly be the only person on there with no gas or oil? Anyone here all electric?
Sorry for repeating myself but does anyone on here live in an all electric house? The i-measure system just doesn't work for all electric homes on day rate/night rate. According to their stats for my figures this week I am rated 'E', 19/52 in the carbon club and spent £45.96 on electricity.
But I KNOW how much I actually spent, I have a prepayment meter and I spent £28.98 :cool:I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

We still line dry - gotta pick your day -as long as its above say 5 degrees and even better if windy. Stoppped using tumble dryer 2 weeks ago and have saved 20% ish on my current electricity useage - worth the effort. Sometimes pop them in for 15 minutes if not quite dry0
