do you tend to send all correspondence you receive from your creditors to the CCCS?...0 -
No, only if its passed to a dca do i forward it on, or if they start interest again etc.DMP Mutual Support Thread Member No 19017/05/08 - Total on DMP: £10025.7007/05/14 - Total on DMP: £1666.20 DFD: July 2017!!Baby Tomos born 5th June 2009 - 6lb 5oz :jWeight Loss Target - to lose 60.8lb by NYE 2015 - 37.6lb TO GO0

Don't worry about the questions thats what we are all here for. I have never dealt with the CCCS or Payplan but I do run my own DMP. I keep all my letters and file them away immediately so they are in some kind of order. I recommend you do the same to any letters you do not pass on. It is more for my benefit and I am a control freak who likes organisation!0

Hi all, is it a common response for a DCA to say that the CCA is retained by their client? I requested it by recorded delivery and received an immediate response but not sure what to do next. The DCA are stating that they have requested the client send me the CCA asap. I have a DMP with PP and have sent copies of all replies to them for future reference.0

I am pretty sure a DCA should not chase a debt without the CCA check out this thread

There are several bits in there around information they should supply if requested etc0 -
Hi All,
Special hello to the newbies.
I'm looking for a bit of tea and sympathy and the benefit of other's experience.
My car failed it's MOT and is going to cost approx £500  (exhaust, tyres and other bits) to get through. This is way above the £200 I had budgeted so I phoned Payplan in a panic. I was very close to tears and PP were lovely, they have reduced our October payment and will let our creditors know of the shortfall. I know I've read of others having to do a one off reduction but can't find the posts. How much hassle should I expect? Should I write to them too or just leave it to Payplan?
A fairly sad and slightly worried,
Sam,

Marbles are by biggest creditor (£8000) ,and I've had all the usual phone calls etc, they know I'm starting a dmp with cccs on 1 oct, then unbelievably last night they phoned and offered me another loan!
I asked the woman if she was aware of my situation, my struggling to pay what I already owe and the dmp and she said no she was'nt and then just continued to go along with trying to get me to agree to a quote from them!
How can that ever be classed as responsible lending!DMP Support Thread Member 238DMP started October 20080
