Hi Mummyleads when you do a reply and the thing you want to have a line through it, just highlight and you'll see an s with a line through it on the right just above, click it and that's it.

I really need to shift:rotfl: still haven't moved.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

Ok, I'm back. I could do with doing a bit more but DH is working downstairs and in my way!!
So I'll add the things I haven't done to tomorrow's list. It's really only hoovering and washing floors, oh and tidying a hotspot...

AnW's Mum - your post yesterday really made me count my blessings - what an awful thing to be dealing with it but your post was so lovely that I may print it out and show it to one of the Mum's from school who has just lost her DH and had a little one aged 9.

It's never easy to lose anybody close but when young children are involved it seems so much worse as we as adults know a lot of what they are going to miss. There is a great thread for support on here called 'Stormybay's Thread a bit of comfort in a hard world'. There are lots of people who have found it helpful posting on there (me included) and feeling that they are not quite so alone. It might be worth pointing the other mum to it if you think it might help.

Well so far I have had a coffee with Dad, sorted some washing, found part of the lounge floor :o and that's about it. It's grey an overcast here today, has rained already but not too much. Hoping for a dry day on Wednesday as I am going with W and his class on the school trip to White Post farm :T

Any one want a :coffee: help yourselves :coffee::coffee::coffee::coffee:

I'm in - struggling a bit this morning as Sam is being really clingy, and i was forced to get up at 6am when he projectile puked on my side of the bed - I have to say DH was good as he then got up and stripped the bed for me.

I am going to keep a list of what i have achieved so i feel happy with myself.

    So far:
    • all up/dressed/washed/fed
    • washed my bedding
    • stain soaked and washed a load of light kids clothes
    • cooked dinner
    • washed up breakie and lunch dishes
    • dealt with post - shredded/recycled and water bill paid
It really is baby steps today.

dusty we have had barney moving and grooving, and babysigns so far today - i fell asleep with Sam while it was on, until charlie turned on the speakers on DH's hifi so it was full volume surround sound  Shame as i was having a lovely snooze.

Hope your DS is better soon. Quick question - cleaning boys - what age do you start cleaning under their foreskin - i can't say i have tried, as i remember reading somewhere you didn't do it when they were tiny, but i guess ds1 isn't so tiny and it is probably another thing i should be doing.

Anyway, another crying bout, so best deal with it.

    Michelle, x

Well that was productive :D Half a binbag ready for the charity shop (cheated a bit as I went through my ebay stash :p ), a box of stuff for recycling bin, half a bin for rubbish, and various odds and ends in a basket for DD to do something with as its ticket stubs etc  Off to put the next load of washing out...not sure what I'll do next - I should really have some lunch though before I have another hot toddy for my dodgy throat :rotfl:
