Hope everyone is having a nice evening.

Thanx Hawthorn, that's good to hear, I don't mind taking a crappy plot and put some work in, I find hard work quite satisfying and miss my parents garden (don't tell them though or they'll fly me over and work me as a slave!):eek:0

*AnW sneaks in while no one is looking*
Hi Everyone, can't remember the last time I posted, this last week has just disappeared into thin air. I worked extra on Tuesday so it has felt shorter than normal.
Although I knew father's day was today, seen all the card displays etc, I think I had mentally blocked them out until yesterday when I realised that I needed to get one for my Dad! So we popped into Morrisons and bought him a nice bottle of Malt. For DH W chose a lovely card and A decided to make onewhich I scanned onto here before we laminated them both. Took them down to Daddy this morning along with a 'No 1 Dad' little champs cup thingy that we got from Tesco whilst we were in York the other week. Sorted out all his flowers and put the cup by his head. Then we 'filled' it with kisses form us all. So all in all not too bad and it was so much easier than the last couple of years. It is the first time since DH died that I have given a card to my Dad, was too hard before. So special thanks to all those who thought of us today :A.
As to flying this last week, erm well, erm ......erm......... ok nothing got done again!:o
Just caught up on the last thread, had 25 pages to read  so can't remember exactly who said what etc so hugs all round and hi to all the newbies.
This thread is already up to page 3, I shall catch up tomorrow.
Hope you had a great w/e in the caravan lil_me

AnW that is lovely. Sure it wasn't easy for any of you but I think the way you are with your children is fantastic.
I have had a nice chilled eve - we watched a bit of tv, and then i've been catching up on recorded tv in my pjs and under a blanket, DH brought me tea and toast and went off to do his tax return!
And for those on there who are interested i've put some of our professional wedding pics on facebook (haha i wrote ebay at first!)
DH said the wonderful words tonight, 'when you're away later in the week i'll clean all the floors and give everywhere a good tidy'Mum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Off to a great start - didn't bother with the ironing and soaked my feet and did my nails which were a disgrace after all the gardening.
Just putting the washing on then up the apples and pears.... I'll worry about a list tomorrow xThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Another day, another dollar. Fine and dry at the moment, but they're forecasting showers. About to jump in the bath and then hit the road for work.
