    Morning everyone

I was awake at 4, so nearly came on here to start this thread :D However, you know how it is - I fell asleep just before the alarm at 7 so now I feel bleurgh. I really need to find a decent sports injury masseur around here. I have a recurrent whiplash injury that is causing me problems at the moment and I SOOOO miss the wonderful woman I went to when I lived in Watford.

Anyway - today I have a mystery shopping job this afternoon, after I've dropped DS at pre-school. I have to drive back past Aldi's so will pop in there for a few bits. Really need to get on top of sorting all this stuff out for ebay/car boot. A lot of it is toys, but I need to make sure all the bits are together and I know that when the boys see them, they invariably run off with one component  :D I can't get more than 2 feet into the spare room, and it's only the toys I'm sorting so far. I still have prams and other baby stuff, as well as household and camping stuff etc to go

Food-wise. Lunch will be soup again (it is yummy) and tea will be either fish or a pasta dish. Will have another delve in the freezer later, to empty it so I can get my lamb. I told Mr TM about the price yesterday and he was all for getting one there and then :D

OK, off for a surf whilst I finish my brekkie.

    morning all.

All the washing washed and dried just needs ironing now:eek:

Making a bolognese for tea with the other half of the mince I opened last night, so that is easy.

I need to get in a tidy the 2yo bedroom and remove the lego from the spin dryer:rotfl: . A great multipurpose thing the spin dryer, gets water out the washing and provides hours of entertainment for a toddler (yes it's unplugged).

I really need to give the house a good do. Feels like fighting a loosing battle though as it stays clean and tidy for all of mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm2 seconds lol

Will try not to eat too much cold clootie dumpling...................;)
Have a really good day everyone

Anyway, im going to get ready - at least I sold another book on amazon... does anyone think it is rude to hand deliver the book - the person lives really close to me and it would be quicker (and cheaper for me) to hand deliver it. Any thoughts??
There's a really great thread on the ebay board called Selling Books on Amazon for More Profit which can answer that one for you :)

    Morning folks,

Not feeling on top of the world this morning, I suffer from SAD and it a horrible morning so feel 'orrible!!!!!

Have a little job to do this morning, then library after lunch........ pile of ironing.......macoroni cheese for supper tonight and then need to look at food for Friday my daughter and two children are coming for the day, so pasta and tomato sauce with a side salad and homemade bread, apple crumble to follow. Both children are allergic to the lactose in cows milk, so its soya spread and Swedish Glass ice-cream..... expensive but a tub does last me 3 visits.

I forgot to put the washing in last night, was shattered when I got home.......so it will have to go in tonight, seems we are on to using the dryer, so each load in to dry on Econ 7 overnight, set the clock to switch the dryer on at about 6.30am so the clothes are not sitting in it dry for hours and getting creased.

Right I am off to get showered and dressed........... have a good day..........

    Good morning!
It looks like it rained overnight, but there is sunshine at the mo, so in a minute I will hang out the washing.
Tonight's dinner is HM pizza, so I will also make a cake or two to use oven space - also we have a whole load of browning bananas - so inspired by the recent thread on the subject I have dug out my sister's recipe for banana cake. That should use a few of them up.
There is a huge ironing pile sneaking up quietly in a corner of our bedroom which I should tackle some time today, too. (perhaps if I ignore it it will go away???)

We are having home made pizza too.

Like you two my ironing pile is growing like a triffid and equally scary!

My twin daughters are 20 today so making a fuss of the one that is at home and will go to Newcastle tomorrrow with pressies for the one at university.

Seem to have done nothing but spend money recently but they were all things that were needed and were at least half price so I refuse to feel guilty!

Bought one daughter a new mattress(half price) last week and wrestled to get it in the car.

Another daughter now needs a new mattress and have found a fantastic site called mattress man - got a half price slumberland mattress with free delivery and they will bring it on Friday morning! Really pleased.

Big Hug to anyone feeling under the weather. I hate the dark days too and wish I could hibernate.

    Morning all,

PP you should not feel you have to stay away cos you feel unwell, I love to have a moan at you guys think my DH has noticed the difference since I have, he seems to get a lot less of it as it's normally out of my system when he gets home.

Well how exciting.. I am off clay pigeon shooting soon.. work arranged it and thought it was a good idea at the time... never been before.. come to think of it apart from my air riffle shooting whilst attending sea cadets about 17 years ago never fired a gun before (which is a good thing!!!)

So just going to have a quick tidy round and get some washing on and off I go........ PULL!!!!!!!!!

Just remember to keep the stock pulled tightly into your shoulder :D Honestly, if you do the bruises will be far less - in fact I hardly had any the first time I went and I used Mr TM's beasty of a shotgun at first.

Oh well - time changes plans, doesn't it. We appear to be having quorn for tea - maybe a stirfry. However, I also have a packet of tortilla wraps in my cupboard (a little out of date but they look OK). Never used them before so suggestions on the back of a matchbox please :D

Pud now seems to be strawberry jelly with mandarins as DS2 has just helped me make it. I have ice cream in so that should be OK. The defrosting rhubarb will wait until tomorrow - I'm thinking rhubarb sponge? Or maybe I'll do it anyway and we can have a choice.
