    Afternoon all,

Hope you are all having a lovely lazy sunday. Been having a small blitz of upstairs today, trying to pack a bit more for the move, get some things on ebay and generally tidy things. Feel I have accomplished a bit, I can now see my bedroom floor!!

On the down(possibly up, we will have to wait and see) side I have been taking a good look at myself lately and decided its time to get around to losing all this weight. 3 babies in 2 1/2 years has piled it on, that and post natal depression, I've been eating more than my fair share for months now. Anyway, after a bit of calculating, I have worked out that I need to loose 67lbs

So from now on will be posting my weight loss as signature and hoping that knowing you are all able to see it will embarass me into doing something about it!

Dinner for sprogs tonight is chicken, broc, spuds and gravy. Me and hubby I haven't thought about yet, tomorrow will prob be salad :o

Got to get outdoors and pull the washing in off the line as there are black clouds growing ever closer.

    Sleep well tonight,
    C you all tomorrow,
    A.
    WW Start Weight 18/04/12 = 19st 11lbs
    Weight today = 17st 6.5lbs
    Loss to date 32.5lbs!!!

    Hello people!

Can someone take me under their wing and harrass me if I don't post on Old Style daily? I've come out of the closet on the debt-free-wannabe board and I'm feeling kind of fragile.

I'm making a stew and dumplings for tonight's tea along with buttery swede mash (yum) and I have made enough for tea tonight and tomorrow.

I have £27.60 to last me until 14th October!

We will harrass you if you really want, but we're not like that usually! If you feel you need to be shouted at, just ask and I'm sure someone will be happy to oblige ;)

I had a lazy Sunday. Walked the dog and am now knackered as a result! Have a tummy full of yummy curry courtesy of C_Q's recipes ;) ( @ Glad, I didn't go OTT on the tomaotes this time :D )

Now going to have a quick read through the boards then chill out with the OH and a nice glass of wine.

Hope everyone has a good Monday!

    Morning All

Had a PM a couple of days ago from apprentice tycoon and it was another great suggestion by her about the birthdays being added to this thread ;)

Anyways, I got to my sisters yesterday and had a great day with the kids and family. Took loads of pain killers which helped, but didnt sleep well again last night-i think im over tired, but will take it easy today.

Came away with the Iron press-I dont have a clue how to use it..lol. New desk for dd's bedroom, a boxset of a series I wanted to see, 13 DVD's (downloaded new ones  ) 2 x new jeans for DD, 2 x new hoody cardigans for DD, lavender wheat bag from sis to me HM, gold chain from sister (needs cleaning-any ideas?), dd got a Harry POtter book she wanted and a paint by numbers plus sweets. Mum informed me that they have bought DD a hifi system for Xmas and sister has bought her a computer for her room and a flat screen monitor  and tons of other things. They asked what we wanted. OH & I said things like knife set, yogurt maker...all practical stuff...lol and my Mum said No-things that you want-told her that is what we want and need ;) So we have to write a list of stuff that we we would like with no price limit. I used to have no probs doing this, but since money saving cant do it anymore! I will try though and probably also add on the page the cheapest place to get it

I have my SIL (hopefully) coming today to do some jobs for me. Shes offered to clean kitchen cupboards out, my glass cabinets (with vinegar so no streaks..lol) and dust the old bears down inside, blinds in lounge & ironong (which I hate). She needs the money desperatley and my mum is funding her to help me :p Its going to be the jobs that I cant do ATM, like the ironing, cleaning out cupboards, our bedding, blinds, bathroom, abit of gardening, painting-odds and sods really. It will be good company for me too and OH can do what he wants for 5 hrs. He has been finding it all very difficult but he needs to cut down and let other people help us. Its quite difficult to run a home, then look after DD, then look after me (bath, toilet-everything  )he's looking so tired and needs a break. Can anyone think of other jobs that dont need doing weekly-like every few weeks that need to be kept on top of?

Only have a washload this morning to put on and weather cold but windy here. Sorted out my wardrobe saturday with OH and have so much to flog on Ebay-loosing so much weight is a problem but have been buying the odd bits on ebay, given stuff, bootsales etc. I will sell the clothes, then buy the essentials. That will give me something to do today, even if its just the pictures.

Anyways, Im going to read a little and catch up with you all later.

    Have a good day

  • morning and happy birthday to all!(great idea)

Still awake having a hard time sleeping just now just catching a few hours now and then. Did manage to get into a decent routine of sleeping 12-8 for all of a week and now its all gone pete tong again. I can be the most sleepy person ever and the second i lie in bed the brain starts up again most infuriating lol.

Today I have my meeting at the jobcentre for my benefits, so scared they will turn me down-probably why i havent slept actually. So frustrating because if they do then I'm in trouble there is no concievable way I coulod go and work right now I can barely get to the corner shop without panicking and it takes me most of the day to recover. Finally got to the top of the waiting list for a psychiatrist though hoorah first appointment on thursday hope she can fix me and fast.

Other plans for today are eating the soup I made Saturday which was for yesterday but I was really bad(IBS,sound like a hypochondriac huh) so didnt eat anything and could barely get up the energy to move all day. Also was going to have tuna for my tea tonight but forgot to take it out of the frezzer doh! so not sure what i will have maybe cous cous stuffed peppers.

Need to put away the dried washing flat looks like a laundry and change the bed. Apart from that not much housework needing done.

Anyway sorry it was so long got a bit carried away.
Have a nice day everyone off to see what i missed yesterday.
