Morning all. After a disastrous month where everything has gone wrong and had to be replaced it is now starting to look up. I've got the results back from my biopsy and it's negative :D The doctor doesn't really think I need the happy pills as I'm doing so well but she can't decide whether it's me or the pills so I'm still on them to be on the safe side.

DS is off to cycle club, DD2 has a party to go to this afternoon, that cost me another tenner as it's twins :( I've discovered the joys of the local car boot again so have boxes and boxes of fruit and veg to work my way through.

I'm almost totally skint until the end of the month, we really didn't need DH's windscreen being smashed by vandals last week but the new windscreen looks very smart anyway, just a shame it cost us £60 to repair it :(

I've just finished my usual sweep for viruses and spyware while in safe mode and left the main av program to it while I went into the village for a mini shop. Cheese must be about the same price per kilo as prime beef! It's mad. Isn't it?

Not very well today-infact Im having a real !!!!!! day (sorry!)every bit of my body hurts and didnt sleep well last night either. Im back up the hospital monday, then again thursday and friday this week-so hopefully between the 3 of them, they ma be able to help me  but wont hold my breath..lol.

Havent managed to do much today. I put a white wash on and is blowing on line and another load in the WM which OH can put out once finished (about 40mins). OH scrubbed down the DW in all the nooks and crannies and was amazed how filthy it was-have marked it on calender to do in 3 months-you cant see it but I now know its there :D Cleaner came yesterday and did a great job for me, she managed to get all down in about 45 mins earlier so has asked me to put down a couple of extra jobs for next week  she made DD's bed lovely with all the new bedding etc. SIL is coming monday and is finishing the inside of kitchen cupboards for me (she's going to do 3 a week to keep on top-not that they were that bad), shes also doing some ironing, wiping blinds down and scrubing both of the windows in lounge. Its the white frames (they are all clean) but there is dirt inbedded in the fine joins-can anyone help? I thought maybe a toothbrush & bleach? SIL is great but she is getting paid..lol...im not taking advantage...honestly!!!

Anyways, Im off to have yet another rest, so may or may not catch up later.

    Have a nice afternoon

A tooth brush and pretty much any standard cleaner should be fine, and there have been recent recommendations from professional window types who say that cif is the perfect one for the job.

Hmmmmm it's one of those days again

I thought I would try to be more productive today, so decided to start making some lists of things to do ... ain't procrastination great :D... soooo, I started with a list of things I want to do today:
    1. Check all animals and change water
    2. Update freezer contents on spreadsheet
    3. Check perishable foods for edibility
    4. Work out meal plans for next 2-3 weeks
    5. Try to construct some sort of daily timetable to make sure I get all my jobs done!
    6. Hang up the washing that was done overnight to dry
    7. Load WM for a whites wash overnight
    8. Put a malt loaf in BM
    9. Set some yoghurt going
    10. Put fruit into soak to make Christmas Cake tomorrow
    11. Make some ice cream
    12. Clean kitchen
    13. Concoct something to eat using up EOD perishable goods (probably pasta and something as it's only me eating)
    14. Clean and feed baby snakes
So far, I've got to #4, having just spent about 2 hours trying to work out a menu plan, and it's already the middle of the afternoon :o ... and I've not even wasted the usual amount of time on MSE this morning

Ah well, back to the grindstone  ... although that bottle of Chianti is looking very inviting ;) ... <slaps hands> ... NO! :naughty: not allowed a glass of wine until I get to at least #13  :D
