When we got to the hotel they said they have no record of it, and we were exhausted. I just had to frantically phone round other hotels and in the end stayed in a travel lodge.
I have sent my proof of extra payment to travel lodge to GTA hotels but they continue to ignore me.
I ended up paying for 2 hotels, so very angry and want my money back for the service I paid for but didnt get.0 -

everyone is ignoring me, I write or phone almost everyday. They hope I will give up, but I will never.
I paid for a hotel that I couldnt stay in and had to pay for another as well.
It only right I get my money back, why does GTA hotels treat their customers so badly0 -

Thank you for the tracking number and as your hotel booking was confirmed to our company I am concerned to learn that they were unable to locate your booking. Please do accept my most sincere apologies for any inconvenience and disappointment.
I see that Almah has been dealing with your claim and wrote to you on the 2nd December explaining that she was waiting a response from our supplier and the hotel. I shall correspond with you by e.mail rather than through this forum and will look into this for you. I should like to clarify that we generally do have to wait for a reply from the supplier and the hotel and that response times do vary from between 5-20 working days depending upon the hotel and nature of the query in question.
As we have already paid in full for your hotel booking I do need to look into this but I shall do my best to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Definitely by the end of this week at the very latest.

Yes I will update the outcome, at present Caroline has promised to refund my money in total, I will post as soon as this has been done.
