Hello - don't get too close as the lurgy has got me! I'm going to go to physio and then come home and go to bed. Sure i'll be fine by tomorrow.

Johanne - my children are now 7 and 9 but I still remember going to my first mums and tots group and being scared stiff!!! DD was 2 and a half before I braved it. I felt really bad the first time we went as DD just stood in the middle of the room with a biscuit in her hand and didn't move! Within a few weeks she loved it and i'm still firm friends with one of the mums I met there. Hugs to you xxxxx

Tia - hope you're ok today.
    Vanilla - hugs
Electra king and yorkshire chick - welcome to the madhouse (and hello to other newbies too!).
Soappie - glad you liked DD's OH. Dogs are usually right!
Pink fairy - hope it went well yesterday.
    Everyone else - hello!!!!

So, plans for today, very little flying...tiny bit of S/S and i'm just going to study in bed all day.

    Speak later xx

BTW frozen liquours are fab. Nice and cold on the outside with a freezing cold liquid in the middle. Would definetly recommend. Going to put the rest in the freezer now and just have one or two a day. Really nice for a sore throat too! Just realised i'm going to smell of alcohol when I go to the physio:rotfl: xx

    Good morning everyone!:A

Well so far today I've had a row with a german lorry driver:mad: ! He blocked us in our driveway this morning and when i asked him nicely to move his truck, he took a strop, so i told him if he didnt move i was calling the german police as we live on a play street and trucks his size arent allowed. He moved pdq when i said that.

Have put DD2's prescription in the chemist, i have one to pick up on monday so just going to pick hers up then. Nothing major, she's having bloods taken at pediatrics on tuesday so its magic cream! Then went to pay the phone bill for may and june's one was in so paid 210 euros:eek: but thats 2 months worth of phone bills! And this month's was only 80 euros:j ! Well chuffed with myself considering i could talk on the phone for scotland!

Then got some cheese, a paper, went to DH's current work and had a coffee with him and came home and took the bins in. Checked ebay and i have 5 items being watched. Not bad since they only went on last night:D !

Just off in about 15 minutes to get DD2 from school then i can think about flying!

See you all in a bit.

:grouphug: for those who need one, in fact :grouphug: for everyone ... its friday!

I use firefox and prefer it to IE.
Used to have Opera too but didn't like it. You might get on better with that.
I put my "important" favourites in the Bookmarks Toolbar Folder, that way I have them displayed above the window all the time

SSL I am sure you will, however don't be trodden on by terrible tenants, we're not all as nice. Landlordzone seems to be a good website, I'd say read up as much as possible first. Don't be scared of DSS tenants and pets, as long as you put appropriate things in place like higher bond for pets, guarantor for DSS etc they can be some of the best tenants.

Thanks for that lil_me. I was avoiding DSS, it just seemed quite complicated, more so because I was worried about getting the rent from a govt dept, not the tennants themselves! But I dont have a problem with pets. In fact, my first potential tennants have 2 cats, 2 dogs and 2 horses! Obviously, I dont have room for the horses lol. I'll check out Landlordzone. Have a good weekend xx
