Please find enclosed evidence to this effect, in the form of [if evidence is available, state the details and why it backs up your case].

For this reason I look forward to receiving notification that the Penalty Charge Notice has been cancelled within 28 days.

For an appeal anyone you will need this.
Oh, OP you dont have this, because you knew but still parked there thinking you were above everyone, well now you are not, pay up or enjoy having the bailiffs come in.
Oh, did I never pointed out about my parking fines, But seeing as your so concerned, I paid my 5 yes, but the council wrote to me a month letter advising me that the tickets were issued in error and gave me a full refund.
So, that shows who should be on the road, and its clearly not you!!!

There comes a time when you just have to give advice to people who are a little less understanding.
My fines were issued incorrectly, notice that word.
Anyway I must be off, I will park where Im allowed, makesure you do too!

I honestly didnt ask for any of this, I didnt ask to be called all the names under the sun, I dont see what difference it makes to night owl if I appeal a £30 parking fine, it feels like she just wants to jump on the bandwagon, slagging others off, when she isnt such an angel herself.

Some people come to a forum, for the purpose that she has, its such a shame as well, as otherwise mse is such a good place, its helped me soooo much over the past few years.
