obviously i wont say i forgot to the council, its more use wiping my bum with the paper than saying that :rotfl:

and i know i dont own the road, if i do i certainly havent been told about it :rotfl: but it just seems unfair to when other in my family can park outside their houses no problemo

so where am i supposed to park then

There are thousands of people who cant park outside their house, In norwich a new block of flats has just been built...1 bedrooms start at £130000 and there is no parking space or any near by.

Appealing Wont Get You Anywhere - All Councils Now Photo Every Car That Committs An Offence Under The Road Traffic Act And If You Committed The Offence You Are Liable, It Wont Even Get Far As A Court Hearing, The Road Traffic Office Will Look At Your File, See The Picture And Dis Miss The Appeal.

    :rotfl:

Yes, its people like the OP who dont pay there parking fines who put ARE taxs up - you broke the law, pay the fine stop complaing, I got a parking ticket, 5 in 1 month last december, I paid them in FULL within 1 week, pay up, maybe then you wont do the same again.
I would love to park outside my house, I cant, but I dont act silly getting fines I know I will have to pay.

If taxs go up next year I know why!

Some genuine thoughtful advice... how about walking to school instead? The aerobic exercise of walking will help increase lung capacity which will probably help you and your daughter's asthma too, as well as saving your parking space for you - and avoiding a fine that costs more than a taxi to school.

i dont think its ALL MY FAULT if taxes go up somehow

without getting into too much of a debate, what about all the drug addicts who havent worked a day in their lives, the people who come into the country and get a house, everything down to a tin opener brand new and benefits left right and centre, are they not swallowing our taxes up more than ME appealing against a £30 parking fine

its the people who go out and work and pay for things like cars that get stung by the councils and government
