I submitted online figures when I changed from Online V5 to PP17 so that it reflected the true picture at that time. I'll be well hacked off if they then just stick their finger in the air and pluck out a figure.
Thankfully I've been tracking my figures so I'll be able to 'raise the issue' with them should it arise.
Can any the Eon people on here shed any light if the same goes for product switches?
Thanks
LM;)
If a reading is entered online and is outside the billing wilndow (14 days before to 14 days after the bill is due) it won't get used to create a bill and may be classed as an unusable reading. It may still be used to ensure accuracy with the rate change, but check it on your first post-rise bill, it's easy to go back and get it corrected if this happens. If it's well out of sync with previous reads it won't get used. To be safe if you phone through a reading you can make sure the agent enters it which means it will be used.0 -
I'm confused here - just looked at my online V5 account and the tariff has increased as expected. But, looking at the tariffs listed below that I can change to, is V8 which I think is still the old V5 rates. V5 says "No Hidden Costs" but this isn't included in V8 - I was wondering if we lose our discounts if we switched to V8?0

Thanks Brysiewysie,
As long as it's something that can be corrected that's fine. I'll kep my eyes peeled for my next bill due early October. It should be clear as it relates to a product change.....she says hopefully.
Best wishes
