Carolt however is really REALLY annoying in her constant undermining of my values and choices and belief that I am stupid or 'do not' understand.
Glad its not just me then that has noticed her playground tactics of belittling those that have a different opinion to her.

Hi
I like this forum and have found it informative. I can't believe that posters who are buying now are not getting stick in the "real world" from their "real" friends and family? If any of my family and friends told me they were buying now I would try and dissuade them from doing so.

almost every single time i post on the house price forum i get ripped into usually by posters such as yourselves who feel the need to put me down because i don't believe that house prices will crash over 50% this year
the hpcrashers on this forum easily outnumber those such as myself who feel house prices will fall between 10 - 20% this year
How fast you've changed your tune! 6 weeks ago, on 8th April, you said:
i just can't see houses at the £120K level falling in price to £102K though
which, of course, would be just over 20%
In Feb, you said
yes the trend is definitely towards tighter lending because house prices will stagnate over the next 4/5 years (real terms falls) so obvioulsy theres a bigger risk to the lender
You also said in Feb:
ive posted loads of times that i believe prices are coming down
i just don't believe that we'll see 20%+ falls
but as i keep saying all my comments exclude flats
and also:
however i think were in for a market price slowdown where prices on average do not go up or go down over the next 5 years...they kinda just stay where they are......1% up 1% down 1% up 1%up 1 % down etc etc etc...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -

strange how it's the bulls who have been most abusive in the past, who are crying foul now
one poster on this tread now, actually had a trolling abusive thread started by them completely removed not so long ago. It's a health benefit ...0 -

you quote me saying
i just can't see houses at the £120K level falling in price to £102K though
which, of course, would be just over 20%
(thats in line with my other comments of 10 - 20% falls this year)
ive posted loads of times that i believe prices are coming down
i just don't believe that we'll see 20%+ falls
(again thats in line with other comments of 10 -20% falls this year)
the last comment was in relation to inflation catching up (i.e. wages will increase whereas house prices will stagnate - therefore making housing more affordable) - and yep i admit i was out on this - but you can't re read this post - its out of context as too many posts have been deleted
did you have fun trawling through all my old posts?0
