    It is possible, but I don't think it will be done in the near future as we are looking at creating alternative versions. There will also be an online version very soon that you will be able to fill in and print out.

    Trafalgar, do you mean that if you enter values into the "YEARLY" fields the online version doesn't add the values to the totals. Or is there another failed calculation that I am missing?

    I put everything in the monthly on the first section and that worked fine ..........but when I entered the monthly into the second section................no totals appeared at all.............so I carried on down and filled them all in but still no totals appeared.............did I do something wrong maybe, in the wrong order ???

    Just tried it again now the total on the clothes section has worked and is £ 400 per year fictitious obviously ::)

    But when it gives you totals of all further down .in the months for clothes is £0 :-/

    Don't worry about mine too much though .............my PC isn't 100% but that's what's coming up on my attempt :-/

    For those whom have encountered trying to use the Microsoft Excel Budget Spreadsheet an online version has been created:

    <Insert Link Here>
    I will add the link when it becomes available.
  • Just noticed that there is a bit of a rounding done on the conversion from weekly payments. For example, entering 15.00 per week results in 64.95 being displayed as a monthly figure. The true figure should be 15 *52 /12 = 65.00. If all values are entered as a weekly figure it could add up - Every penny might count !
