  • Morning Jay, your food plan looks nice - I've just started the day with my Supersize Breakfast (part of the missyg challenge) - porridge followed by toast and pate.

It's lovely and sunny here, so I'm just going to have a shower and take the dog for a walk - I've got the day off of work and will be spending it with OH. DS has left for school and DD is not back from her school trip until late afternoon.

We have a day planned getting me a cycle hat and yellow vest followed by lunch at La Tasca's - yum.

    Have a great day everyone.

    Morning All

You lot still talk way too much for my liking. ;) Anyways big news, Saturday morning MrsS and I only went a entered a 10km run on at the end of August for Cancer Research. GLUP! so last night after taking the kids home I got home and then went for a run, ok a jog, well maybe a walk !!! jog !!! run headlong into that wind! well I did the north lake which is 1.53miles (approx 2.5km) in 14.30. I then walked a second lap. So missy and Efrieze, I have started and the 10km will probably be the kick up the backside I needed.

Other news I have the joys of the Docs for me (I am falling apart!!) and my cars 1st MOT this morning, so this is a quick one for now.

Hope you enjoy Wimbledon this fortnight Pet, I will be wanting the pretty girls to win, would be nice if that Murray Mint person could do well :)

    Back later

Can anyone here provide me with an Esource code for Weightwatchers? Norn Iron is excluded from the Monthly Pass see here so it will be more expensive to sign up if you live here :-(
Failing that, if anyone has a good UK version Weightwatchers tracker Spreadsheet I would appreciate a copy :-)

The Haribos were probably a blessing in disguise - I was so annoyed with lapsing last night that I did a full hour on the cross trainer. Had a fab night's sleep and I feel extra super motivated today :D
A whole HOUR!! No wonder you slept well!

Meant to say earlier... I still count in sleeps too. Was telling Bailey last month that it was only x more sleeps until we took him to the seaside. :D

:rotfl:I talk to Shadow like that too, this morning I asked her if she enjoyed her trip up on the Moors yesterday :D

Ohh did you know why the cabin crew make you put your head between your legs when your on plane and its going to crash? Its because you'll break your neck and die instantly, rather than having to burn to death or something. Ive always wondered that and now i know! Thought it was quite juicy.

Haha, thats nice :D check this site out, it covers urban myths.

    :T Get on Suggs :D

Weigh in day today and very pleased to report a 4 lbs loss for this weak :D
Yesterday I took Shadow on the bus up to the Moors, it took an hour on the bus! But Shadow was very good, only barked a couple of times  she did keep insisting on climbing up and sitting on my lap thou. Wouldn't have minded if she was a Jack Russel or something, but she was very heavy!
We walked around Burrator reservoir, about 3.5 miles. Shadow had a paddle in the lake, and we both had an ice cream at the halfway point. :D
