kenny, i was listening to chris evans and they had a personal trainer on who said that if you do just 1 thing for your belly it's the plank(http://www.urbanfreeflow.com/deep_end/the_plank/index.htm) Build it up to 3 reps of 60 secs. I've been doing it for about 3 weeks and am only up to 2 reps of 40 secs, but it is definitely making a difference and i don't do any real cardio.

ajax your lunch sounds luscious. I may go back on sw in time for the weekend because OH is away and I know i can;t be trusted to stick to calories in a house by myself. free food makes things safer! If anyone is in the area he is running a veterans day ww2 show in Trowbridge in Wiltshire. I'm not going cos it's too damn far and there's nothing for me to do there.

lol pet, do you have eye issues? OH turns green if i talk about my surgery - you should have seen him flee when i started putting eye drops in. Hope you are eatin lots of strawberries whilst you enjoy your tennis.

beanie, that recipe is in the recipe thread - look at the first post to find a link to it - sorry, i should have said that.
  • KPC thanks loads for that, if nothing else ill annoy my neighbours downstairs! will add the basic plank as a cooldown after weights i think.

the only thing i was told that helped with your abs is lying on your back, and clycle with your legs in the air, helps abs and tighten skin, did it but couldnt maintain it, burns like mad!

... I'm off work over the next four days so I'll post it up before the weekend.

 People, why did no-one tell me my site looks like a right load of Hilary Swank in IE?? I only use Firefox at home. This mean you wouldn't tell me if me flies were down either?

    Afternoon everyone!!!

Sorry I havent been on here for the past couple of days, it was my 21st Birthday on Saturday, so have been having a few cheeky halfs here and there :)

I can say that this week I have lost another 1lb. I hoped that it could have been more, but I am on "Lady Week", which has meant me putting a few on.

But it is still 8lbs in 2 weeks. So I am happy at that :):)

Hope that everyone else is well!!

Well done to all of this weeks Losers and those who have STS

All the cake went!!! And not even by me!
    I didnt have one slice!!

On Friday, I was very good, 2 slices toast in morning, cup of soup for snack, chicken and bacon salad for dinner, then in the evening, the OH said he would treat me to a chicken burger (with it being my birthday and all) but it was absolutely disgusting!!! It tasted like hot solid grease and water :s And did not sit well with my stomach

Which is GREAT! Cos it now means that my body is hating the greasy food, and if all I do is feel dodgy afterwards, it will deter me from eating more!!

    :):)

Nice loss SoozyYoungbean, especially with the biffday.

Kenny, I just saw your location - what bit of Ayrshire you in? I have spent many a happy spell around the Ardrossan/Saltcoats area.
